Our business was pioneered by Murel Howes and his son Stephen Howes in the 1980s. They originally started working on residential refrigerators, washers and dryers, air conditioning units, and furnaces. Stephen eventually learned everything his dad knew and began to work on commercial refrigeration, AC units, and heating equipment for restaurants, warehouses, factories, and other businesses.
Stephen decided to start his own business in 1990 called Strictly Refrigeration and Heating Inc. Today, we can install and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment, such as walk-in freezers and refrigerators, ice machines, beer and flower coolers, furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and rooftop units. We use quality systems, including Carrier and Mitsubishi.
